How to Order
Choose your keepsake materials – Select the inclusions you'd like to incorporate (ashes, hair, fabric, etc.) and any colours or finishes. You can refer to our Colour Options Chart for inspiration.
Place your order – Add your chosen bead(s) to your basket. At checkout, leave details of your inclusions and colour preferences in the “Add a note to your order” section.
Send your elements – After placing your order, you’ll receive an email with detailed instructions on how to safely post your inclusions.
We’ll confirm once received – You’ll get a confirmation once your elements arrive safely with us.
Creation begins – Your charm bead will be lovingly crafted and ready to send home approximately 6–8 weeks later.
