Christmas Order Terms

• Orders must be received no later than midnight, 24th October 2019 (NZ time).
• Orders must be paid for in full at the time of ordering.
• We must receive your DNA elements no later than 8th November 2019.
• New Zealand orders will be shipped by 14th December 2019. International orders will be shipped by 29^th November.
• Please choose the tracked postal service at check-out if you would like to track your delivery. Without a tracked service we will not be able to tell you where your parcel is during transit.
• Please note that this time of year is extremely busy for postal services the world over, we will send orders according to the timelines above but cannot be held responsible for delays due to NZ post or other postal services.
• All of our usual terms and polcies still apply. Please ensure you read them here before placing an order.

If you would like to order a Christmas gift after the 24th October 2019 please email us, we may still be able to create your keepsake depending on the desired design and our workload.
